Centrally located in Seminole Heights historical neighborhood. Tiny home with separate entrance, private yard, comfy bed, great water pressure, kitchenette & keyless entry. Close to downtown, Riverwalk, I-275, Raymond James Stadium, Amalie Arena, Sparksmans Wharf, Channelside Cruise port, Armature Works, Amphitheater, Hardrock Casino, Busche Gardens, & 12 minutes to Tampa Airport, 20 to USF. Walking distance to breweries, restaurants. 35 minutes to Beaches, 65 to Disney & Anna Maria Island. The space This is a tiny home, that we refer to as "the cottage". You will have a secluded yard with your own fenced yard and privacy. Our cleaning is done by a professional that uses a hospital grade and EPA registered cleaner and disinfectant. We also have left cleaning products and a 70% alcohol sanitizer in the space for you to use. The cottage has a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster and keurig coffee maker, organic coffee & creamer included! We have even provided a NutriBullet for guest who like to make smoothies. Guests have commented on how great our water pressure is and how comfortable the bed is. WIFI is included, along with HULU and NETFLIX. Parking is free and available on the street, in front of the main residence, OR there is a space behind the cottage, that is secured by an electric gate. We also have the cottage cleaned with a professional, cleaning service to provide and maintain the cleanest, safest space for our guests. Inside, there is a Keurig, Magic Bullet, toaster, microwave, wine opener, utensils, glasses, flatware, and a small fridge. Outside, in your private yard, there is a sitting area with an umbrella. This home may be "tiny", but it has everything you need for your stay in Tampa! Guest access You will have access to your cottage and your private yard. Other things to note Check-in is 3pm; Check-in past midnight is ok, just let us know ahead of time. Check-out is 11am.
