WIFI/Internet and Cable TV are provided by the neighborhood HOA through Bluestream technologies - and while they are quite reliable like all services they are subject to service interruptions that effect the entire neighborhood or even their larger service areas. Therefore, we do not guarantee WIFI or Cable will be fully operational at all times due to these circumstances. Lake view units are not available on Airbnb. Unit assignments are made upon arrival.
