The space This apartment has a fully stocked galley kitchen with both a 12 cup coffee maker and a Keurig, the bathroom has a tub/shower combo, living room with smart TV & fold out sofa bed, and a queen bed in the bedroom which also has a wall mounted smart TV and laundry facilities. Guest access Apartment B features 2 entrances, one located off Center Street in the front of the building and a private entrance leading to an enclosed porch area located at the back of the building next to parking. There is a keypad for entrance at both entrances and the code will be provided the day of check in. Security cameras are installed to overlook the back parking, entrances to the building and the stairwell located on Center Street. Other things to note Our apartments are located in the Historic River District in downtown Sebewaing. They are within walking distance of a coffee shop & antique store, a small community park, the library, and the marina.
