Located in the small village of Lake Ann, just a short walk to a local brewery, pizza place, ice cream, general store, and coffee house. we have large windows with lake views, a good beach, not a steep drop off. Safe for children. Our warm cozy house offers heated floors throughout and a gas fireplace and stone hearth. We now have 4 kayaks for you to use, and a rowboat. Also a new king size bed and tv in one of the bedrooms Guests have access to entire house, 1352 sq. ft, with a large open plan living area with spectacular views of the lake. You are never far from the action! We have a garage with a partial space for guests to retrieve oars, kayak paddles, etc.A rack for the kayaks (we have 4) is down on the shore, lake side. House is on Lake Ann, only 4 stairs on lake side, and back porch only 1 step up into house. We are right in the Village of Lake Ann, so very short walk for brewery, pizza, ice cream cones, coffee house. Also new bakery close by. This has been my family’s home for over 50 years - beautifully remodeled with knotty pine. We have a long driveway 250ft) so plenty of parking for boat trailers and cars. There is a nearby golf course, the Platt River is close for tubing, and the Sand Dunes for those who like to climb. We have a new private dock with a hoist for a pontoon boat and a hoist for a runabout. bring your own or rentals in the area are available. Everything on property but one outbuilding on property which will be locked. And one furnace closet in house, also locked. The garage has kayaks and oars for rowboat. Also life jackets and beach floats and sand toys. We do not live on site, but will always respond quickly to your text or phone The house has a keyless deadbolt lock which you will have code sent to you before you arrive.
