Our building sits in the heart of Midtown Manhattan — just steps from Times Square, Herald Square, and the energy of Broadway. The subway is moments away, connecting you to every corner of the city. We created a simple, comfortable base in the middle of it all. Rest, recharge, and step back out into New York whenever you're ready. Because here, the city is always just outside your door. Please note: the building is a walk-up (stairs only, no elevator). Other things to note - Our apartment is inside "Class B" Hotel certified mixed-use apartment building, meaning your short-term stay is absolutely "legal" unlike other Airbnb apartments in NYC. - This is NOT a luxury property. If that is important to you, do not book this. This historic landmark building (The National Register of Historic Place) was built in 1868! - Guests are required to show a photo ID for identification upon arrival and receive one-page standard rental agreement, which must be signed prior to check-in. - Early check-in may be allowed upon request, depending on availability; however, as a courtesy we often allow for guests to leave luggage in the suite during cleaning hours at no cost. - Sleeps max 4 guests but ideally 2-3 guests will feel most comfortable. - This unit is called “The Cave” Suite and is aptly named because of the generous amount of shade it gets. If you like to sleep without being bothered by city lights or noise day or night, this is an ideal suite. - We do our best to give you the suite of your choice. In rare instances, we will have to change the suite assignment on your reservation. We do promise an equivalent or an upgrade to the one you have booked. Pet Policy: $75 per pet, per stay (max 2 pets). Airbnb may not calculate this automatically. If you are bringing more than one pet, the second pet fee will be added separately after booking.
