O’s Barn Cabin offers a simple and unique way of relaxing in rustic fashion! Our pet friendly tiny home is 532 sq. ft of open space and country character. The location is out of the city, yet just a couple miles from all of the stores you need. The little cabin is nestled down our shared private and peaceful driveway, with views of cattle grazing in the pasture right off the front porch at the right time of year. Our big screen projector and fire pit are two amenities you'll be sure to enjoy! The space What makes O’s Barn Cabin unique is that all of the old boards on the walls are from our family farm. Along with the rustic metal tin ceiling, sliding barn door, and the two old doors to the laundry room. Almost everything inside of this cabin was put together with our own hands. Another unique detail is that it actually faces away from the road. This really helps with more privacy, and provides much better views of the farm land and sunsets! The cabin was our very first home together when we were first married. We DIY'ed everything! Therefore, there are lots of imperfections, and this was never built with being a rental in mind. But now that our family has grown, we wanted to share our special place with others! We are pet friendly and have a couple of fur babies ourselves. However, we ask that you please do not introduce your pets to our pets, for precautionary safety reasons. ** Beds are up in lofts and require climbing ladders** NOTE: -Late check-out may be possible upon request and a $20 fee per hour. --Bringing guests or pets that are not pre-approved will result in an additional $50 fee per night! ---SMOKING IN OR AROUND THE CABIN PRODUCING ODOR WILL RESULT IN A $250 MINIMUM CLEANING FEE! Guest access Here at the cabin, you can enjoy a meal at the table or have dinner and a movie on the GIANT projector screen! You will have access to wifi, a Roku player, a sound system, and card games for entertainment. If it’s a nice day outside, take advantage of the large yard with lots of room to play. Grill up a meal on the porch, or enjoy our fire pit for some time around the camp fire under the stars, and maybe roast some s’mores. The main king bed will be found up in the north loft, there are two full sized beds in the south loft, and a sofa on the main floor.
