Alpine Nest is a beautiful multi level home with large vaulted ceilings and a commanding fireplace. With over 2,500 sq feet there is plenty of room to relax, unwind, and get away from it all. Located on a flat lot in a quiet woodsy neighborhood. Lake rights. House has a game room loft with pool table, darts, video games, deck with outdoor fire pit, basketball, 65" TV, large fully stocked kitchen. This is the ultimate cabin getaway in comfort. The space Entertainment galore with a game room loft featuring a pool table, foosball, dartboard, an additional loft TV with playstation 3 and games. The main living room features a 65" TV with Netflix, Amazon, and loads of DVDs and boardgames. House has central AC & heat. Walk up about 6-8 steps into the main level floor through the mudroom with a whimsical arched doorway leading to the main living room. Main living room has a very large gas fireplace with beautiful windows all the way up to the 30 ft ceiling. Dining room, kitchen, living room, and one bathroom make up the main floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes, cooking utensils, and spices. BBQ located on the deck just outside the dining room. A spiral staircase leads up to the upper game loft with a pool table, foosball table, dartboards, loads of board games, DVDs, books. An additional bathroom and separate loft like bedroom area with a queen size bed and additional kids TV with a playstation 3, toys, and games complete the upper level. The loft is not fully enclosed and overlooks the living room with a 3 ft wall. Additional outdoor deck with fire pit located off the loft level. From the main floor dining room take the stairs down to the lower level with 2 bedrooms with Cal King beds each and 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds to sleep 4 kids. An additional bathroom complete the lower level. We provide all the towels and linens. House is located on a flat lot with a horseshoe driveway. Although we recommend to not have young toddlers/babies at the house due to multiple stair cases, this is up to your discretion and we do welcome them. We have a pack n play and highchair at the house. Please note the house is not child proofed. Security cameras are located on the exterior of the house for guest's and owner's protection. Minimum rental age of 28+ Pets must be disclosed at booking otherwise there is a $500 charge, as this severely disrupts our cleaning for the next guest. Maximum occupancy permitted is 6 adults and 4 children. Due to the small size of the bunk beds, these are only for children 12 & under. For purposes of the bed/occupancy count, teens 13+ will be counted as adults. Lake rights through the ALA are available with this home. Lake rights means you are allowed to access the lake trail. As with all rentals in Lake Arrowhead, short term rental guest are not allowed to access the fishing dock, private docks, or beach clubs. To request a reservation please tell us about yourself and your group with the ages of each person in your party. You must have a facial profile photo uploaded on your traveler profile and your government ID on file with Airbnb. Guest access The entire home is yours except for a locked pantry in the kitchen and a locked storage room in the downstairs. Please make sure to provide the correct adult & child guest count to ensure the proper amount of linens are provided for you. Other things to note There are many activities to do in the area such as Skypark, snowdrift tubing park, Snow Valley, ATV off road rentals, hiking, village. Lake Arrowhead is a private lake. Lake rights through the ALA are available with this home. Lake rights means you are allowed to access the lake trail.
