The space This victorian home was built in the late 1890's and has just undergone a full on, extensive revitalization. The home was modernized while continuing to embrace it's amazing heritage Guest access The entire house and yard. Garage and cellar are not accessable. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: "Bedroom 3" is a sunroom with a twin-size daybed and a roll-out twin trundle. The laundry closet is in this space and THERE IS NO CLOSABLE DOOR TO THE SUNROOM from the main house. PARKING: in on Elm street on the east side of the property. No events or parties please.
