Guest access The entire half of the duplex, the deck, the picnic table area are all available without restriction If children under 18 walk the grounds, we request an adult accompany them. It is farmland and there are animals, fox and groundhog holes, and it is best that an adult supervise the investigation of these fascinations. Also, goats, pigs and alpacas are not petting zoo animals so they can certainly be admired, but approaching them is not advisable without supervision of the owners of Spring Haven. Also, please do not feed them, they need special food or may choke on an apple, etc. Please do not cross the pond to the working end, signs will alert you. Your own decks and "yards" are private to you. However, the acres of pasture, lawn and Iris Pond are common area to all on the property. Other things to note Bring your own charcoal for the grill which is provided, or buy some here. Please request it in advance so it can be waiting for you. Guests who are not registered must be by approval of owners only and there may be an additional charge. If you will be working from 'home", there may be an additional energy fee; write to discuss details.
