It has a security system and there are cameras around the house for safety and protection purposes only, There Is No Camera Inside The House. It is a well-designed space that is a welcoming home away from home. You will find the comforts of home, such as fast wifi, a Smart TV, can request an Alexa speaker if you wish, a Coffee machine, a well-equipped kitchen, coffee, and more. Guests have a small private deck with seating for two. Note: we are planning to fix our balcony, so you may not able to use the balcony until the end of September! We are located up heal close to South Center Mall which means you can easily walk to Starbucks, restaurants, a bakery, and a pharmacy that are located in South Center Mall. 15 to 20 minutes walking distance. We are 8 miles away from Downtown Seattle. However, we are also close to the major highways which are very convenient for our travelers. But you may hear a little ( high-way)- We installed sound reduction curtness which helps to block the sound at night time. Please understand this before you book a 2 bedroom Private Unit located in the upper section of the house, as we want happy guests! No smoking inside the home, but you are welcome to smoke outside of the house, and please put your waste inside the trash can located outside. "Do Not Throw The Cigaret Waist On The Ground" We recycle! There is a recycling bin in the kitchen, so please put anything that is considered recycled inside the recycling bin. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, and face cream/lotion provided. Linens include towels and high-quality cotton sheets along with a down comforter and cotton duvet. There are clean sheets and lines are provided so please feel free to change them as you need. Room #1  A master bedroom with a private and clean full bathroom. It has a stunning view of the South Center Mall.  There is a Large TV, a large closet, a small bookshelf that contains business and affirmation books, and two closet drawers. The bed is queen-sized and has a High-Quality Tempurpedic Mattress. You may hear a little H-W sound at night. Room #2  A nice cozy bedroom with a private and clean full bathroom in the cross of the room.  It has a large window that looks at the stunning view of the South Center Mall.  There is a closet and a large bookshelf that contains many business, medical, and affirmation-related books. There is a closet drawer inside the room as well. The bed is queen-sized and has a High-Quality Tempurpedic Foam Mattress.  You may hear a little H-W sound at night. Note: There is a closed storage room located inside the room with a locked door, we store the sheets, linens, and other stuff related to our Airbnb in that room, so please do not try to open it as it needs to stay closed. Our cleaning people are allowed to open that storage room. The Kitchen The kitchen is modern, big, and has a beautiful view. There is a dishwasher, a big refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee machine with plenty of coffee, a microwave, two ovens, and an electric induction stove.  We provide cookware, dishes, glasses for wine, a blender to make the smoothie in you are on a diet, and many other things you may need.  Please let us know if you need anything! We are just one text or phone call away! The Living Room  Our living room is big and we furnished it with high-quality furniture. We tried to make it an exciting environment by adding decorations and antiques here and there so our guests can feel welcomed.  There is a fireplace in the living room which makes the night in the cold wintertime so romantic and warm.  We don't cut corner, we always try to go above and beyond our guest’s expectations. That’s why we have so many great reviews that you may want to take a look at them. We are close to downtown and our place is close to Highways ( I-5, I- 405, WA-518, WA-509, WA 167 ). Our house is only 5 minutes to Renton, 1.7 miles to Boeing, 2 miles to International Airport, 10 miles to Seattle, 15 miles to Bellevue, 8 miles to Kent, 24 minutes to Amazon Head, and 5 minutes drive to Light Train Station from our house.  We are also close to Valley Medical Center, MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care, Highline Medical Center, Regional Hospital, Community Service/Non-Profit Seattle Children’s South Clinic, St Francis Hospital, Evergreen Healthcare Tenant Support, Highline Medical Group, Swedish Heart Institute, Highline Community Hospital, UW Medicine Valley Medical Center, Highline Surgery Center, Cascade Behavioral Health Hospital, Southlake Clinic Times Square Valley Family Medicine Clinic, Schick Shadel Hospital, Sea Mar Community Health Centers Human Resources, and Mona Vale Hospital.
