The space The perfect home base to explore Bear Lake’s great outdoors; fisherman, boaters, beachcombers, snowmobilers and skiers alike. BEDROOM 1: King Bed & a comfy Futon that makes into a Double Bed ** accessible from bedroom 2 ** BEDROOM 2: Queen Bed with twin Trundle (A walk through to Master Bedroom) BEDROOM 3: Two Bunkbeds with a Twin Trundle (total of 5 twin beds) BEDROOM 4: Queen Bed with a twin Trundle BEDROOM 5: Queen Bed BATHROOMS: (1) Full Master Bath with separate tub & shower (2) Full Main Bath (3) Laundry Half Bath TANKLESS HOT WATER HEATER: This means all guests can bath/shower without "running out of hot water" because it heats as it goes through the coils. Washer, Dryer & Laundry Sink TELEVISIONS: There are 2: One in the living room & the other in the master bedroom. KITCHEN: Well equipped with drip coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave & air fryer, crock pot, insta pot & dishwasher. Extra Large bar & table, both with seating for 8 (total of 16). FRONT Fairy lit PERGOLA: A dining fire table with seating for 8, cooler for your drinks and a bbq. BACK PATIO: BBQ, walkway to the firepit, 2 large picnic tables an umbrella & chairs Guest access Plenty of PARKING: Bring your ATV, Boat, snowmobiles etc... 4 wheel drive, chains or traction may be required in winter For your safety and ours, we have a ring door bell. Self check-in is available. DISTANCE TO NEARBY CITIES: 2.5 hrs to Salt Lake 1 hr from Logan 1 hr from Franklin Idaho 1.5 hrs Lava Hot Springs 2 hrs from Pocatello Other things to note Pet friendly except for bears, I’m not about to make that mistake again! DOGS: 1) MUST be House trained, with you at all times & well behaved. 2) Not allowed on beds or furniture 3) May not be left alone unless kenneled 4) If all above requirements are met you may bring up to 3 for $150 (You must let me know in advance) 5) Please clean up after your dog(s) if not, a $100 fee will be assessed. Set up is in the field to the west of the house. No tents on the grass please.
