The space Welcome to this beautifully renovated three-story house, capturing the charm of a turn-of-the-century home. Stay comfortable with the new HVAC system throughout the property. Step inside the inviting living room, featuring a sectional couch that converts to a bed if needed, along with an entertainment center boasting a new 65" large screen TV and high-speed Fios WiFi. The well-equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area provide all the essentials, while the convenient laundry room includes a large washer and dryer. Outside, the spacious backyard offers complete privacy within its fenced-in confines, perfect for outdoor gatherings on the ample patio. Enjoy the convenience of a full-size propane BBQ grill and a cozy fire pit. The residential one-way street in front of the house ensures a tranquil setting. Please note that the spiral staircase leading to the bedrooms can be steep, making it potentially challenging for elderly or young children. The comfortable master bedroom features a queen bed and a walk-in closet, while the second bedroom is located in the loft area on the third floor, also furnished with a queen bed. Both bedrooms have also been renovated. An additional queen-sized air bed is available upon request. The main bathroom, complete with a bath and shower, is conveniently situated on the second floor next to the master bedroom, while a half-bathroom is located on the main floor next to the kitchen. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and yard during their stay. If you have more than two vehicles, we kindly ask that at least one car be parked on the side street half a block away from the house. Parking arrangements will likely need to be discussed in detail prior to your arrival if you require parking for more than two vehicles. Please note that the stairs leading to the two bedrooms have a steep spiral design, which is typical for a turn-of-the-century house. Guests traveling with older adults or young children may encounter some difficulty due to the steepness of the stairs.
