Gigi's Villa

It is located in Tangletown a beautiful area of SW Minneapolis. It is walking distance to Wise Acre restaurant, Tangletown Gardens, other restaurants/bars & 1/2 block to public transport & bike trails. It's a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything - 10 min to the airport, downtown & MOA. We provide two collapsible bikes for you to ride with 40+ miles of bike paths that go around 3 lakes & Minnehaha Creek. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and families. The space This unit is the top floor, tree-top, 2 bedroom 1 bath home has and gleaming hardwood floors throughout. The full kitchen has all the amenities that you will need, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, teapot and other cooking utensils. There is also complimentary coffee and tea and a few other extras. The living room has a sofa and loveseat where you can watch the 50” HD TV with Roku and YouTubeTV that has all regular channels (CNN, NBC, ESPN, etc.) The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen-sized beds. The larger bedroom has a desk and also a oversized chair. The smaller bedroom has a walkout Romeo and Juliet sized deck. There is central A/C. There is a formal dining room with a large dining table and five chairs. There is a desk for your use and free fast wifi. Charming wooded backyard with seating area and outdoor Chiminea for you to use. There are 2 collapsible bikes that are shared with the downstairs guests where you can explore the beautiful neighborhood and biking paths along Minnehaha Creek. There is a fireplace but is is not a working fireplace. Guest access Laundry is located in the basement. You can go out the back kitchen door and wind down to the basement.
