Our cozy RV would love to host your experience. You're welcome to come and enjoy it comes with queen bed , TV on the living room and one tv on the bedroom, kitchenette comes with 2 basic pans & basic silverware , refrigerator. microwave, outside table/2 chairs RIO VISTA PARK 8 min drive 5 miles from San Marcos River(SCULL ROAD ) Texas State University 9 min drive 10 minutes drive to town square 4 miles from groceries ,restaurants , bars... hospital s rosa 5miles drive The space This property is outside city limits of San Marcos 5 min driving from town , 10 min driving to downtown, RV is next to others apartments (guests ) Parking lot is share with others guests Guest access Guest have access to the entire RV ,that come with queen bed, kichenette , bathroom, ... Other things to note we please ask that you keep it to a 2 cars minimum As our property is located outside city limits in a natural environment you may occasionally encounter insects such crickets or scorpions which are part of the local ecosystem , or to ensure you comfort we conduct regular pest control treatments . However we cannot guarantee the complete absence of insects or arachnids please leave your valuables at home or keep with you, we won't be responsible for them quiet hours 10pm to 7am No pets allowed outside is small table/2 chairs to enjoy your coffee/drink or for those who like to smoke
