Step out into the world, right next to a lake, and or next to the stunning colossal red rocks. *Full kitchen, cookware, dish set for 4, utensils, Keurig etc. *Fresh linens for both beds, shower towels & pool towels for 4. *RV KING size bed in master. *Fold out loveseat into full size bed. Delivery/set up fee: $4/per mile The space The living room has a loveseat as well as two reclining chairs that have heat and massage functions. The entertainment center has a 50" TV with DVD player and surround sound ready to go. Fully functioning kitchen with medium sized fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig, all utensils and cutlery as well as plates/bowls/cups set for 4 people. Highly recommend booking a campground for FULL hookups so you're able to run the AC, and so the black tank doesn't fill up. (FULL hookups would be at least 30amp PLUS sewer) You can only boondock for 4 days with 2 people before all tanks would need to be emptied, we can potentially come empty the tanks for you depending on where you're staying and the $4/per mile will apply then also. Other things to note PLEASE make sure to book a campground before booking with us. Southern Utah is a vacation destination which means that campgrounds book up quickly here. Our personal preference is to stay at Quail Creek campground or Sand Hollow campground, because we love playing in the water. Choose a campground that best suits your needs/desires. This trailer can connect to 30 or 50 amp, either will run the AC just fine. You'll just be unable to have everything running at once.
