basement apt, own entrance, COMPLETELY PVT 1200sft

This space is the basement level of my home. It has an open living room area with a separated bedroom and 1 full bathroom. There is a full size bed in the bedroom and a full size futon in the open area if needed. The space is approximately 1,200 square feet and will sleep 4 COMFORTABLY. There is a small refrigerator and a microwave, but no stove. Area has it's own climate, tv and wifi if needed. There is a private in and out entrance to the outside and key will be left. 10 minutes from airport. The space This space looks like a small 1 bed room apartment. Guest access You will have access to entire basement. Basement has it's own entrance.
