Experience OCEANFRONT luxury in this stunning penthouse condo on the Mission Beach boardwalk, located between PB Pier and Belmont Park. Wake up to the sound of waves, panoramic beach views and possible dolphin spotting! End the day unwinding on your private deck with breathtaking sunsets. Spend your days soaking up the sun, playing in the ocean, or trying bay water sports. Steps from casual dining, fine restaurants, bars, shops, and vibrant nightlife. Close to all that San Diego has to offer! The space The interior of the condo was fully remodeled in 2020 with high-end appliances, quartz countertops, and an open floor plan that feels fresh, bright, modern, and luxurious. Enjoy your morning coffee on the oceanfront deck or relax in the master bedroom to the tranquil sound of waves. This is a peaceful retreat where you can unwind, recharge, and create lasting memories. Many early risers have had dolphin sightings. The master bedroom features a King bed, and the second bedroom includes a Queen and a Twin bed. All furniture is new and modern, and the decor is inspired by a clean, coastal theme. Mattresses are new and are "very comfortable" per multiple guests' reviews; they are medium firm with pillow top for extra comfort. If you need a very firm bed, our beds not be a good fit for you. Sliding glass doors in the master and family rooms open to ocean breezes and stunning views. The second bedroom has a bonus area which includes sink/vanity with a makeup mirror for added convenience. Like most beachfront units in Mission Beach, our condo does NOT have air conditioning. Cool ocean breezes and ceiling/portable fans usually keep the space comfortable, but it can get warm during peak summer days. If you're sensitive to heat, please consider this before booking. Due to HOA safety regulations, we cannot offer a fire pit or traditional outdoor BBQ. However, a small smokeless grill is available for use on the deck. For beach outings, we provide five chairs, an umbrella, a large sunshade, beach towels, a blanket, and sand toys for kids. Turnover between guests typically takes 4–5 hours, for which I pay my staff living wages. To ensure a safe and clean stay, we follow strict COVID protocols: all surfaces are disinfected, and linens are laundered with disinfectant detergent. We also rotate deep cleaning of different areas in between stays, to maintain the condo in top condition. Hand sanitizer is provided for your use. As this is a shared building, sound can carry easily. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels at all times—no running or bouncing balls inside the unit, please. Most importantly, we ask that guests respect both the condo and our neighbors. Guest access The entire single-level condo is yours to enjoy. A reserved parking space is included in the gated garage directly across from the unit (clearance: 6'6"). Since parking in Mission Beach can be challenging, walking is often the best way to explore the area. Centrally located on the Boardwalk between Pacific Beach Pier and historic Belmont Park, the condo puts you steps from family-friendly restaurants, upscale dining, bars, shops, and vibrant nightlife. It’s also a short drive to all of San Diego’s top attractions and the international airport. Guests can access the unit via elevator or two flights of stairs. Please note: while rare, the elevator may occasionally be out of service, in which case stairs will be necessary. For your convenience, the garage door opener and elevator key are inside the condo next to the front door. Your access code will be the last 4 digits of YOUR phone number listed on Airbnb. All previous codes are erased between stays to ensure your safety. Other things to note Please Note: Renters must be at least 25 years old, and a valid ID is required at the time of booking. No smoking and no pets allowed—one of the owners has asthma. Please be respectful of our year-round neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM. HOUSE RULES: No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the deck. If the condo smells of smoke, a substantial deep cleaning fee will be charged. No pets. No unauthorized parties. The condo is limited to 5 guests only. Multiple noise or behavior complaints may result in eviction without refund and forfeiture of the security deposit. Guests are also responsible for any fines incurred due to violations during their stay. Please understand that, on rare occasions, appliances may malfunction or utilities may be temporarily unavailable. I will do everything possible to resolve issues promptly. However, as these situations are often beyond my control, refunds will not be issued for amenities that may be unavailable during your stay. Registration Details STR-03051L, 518957
