The space This is a beautiful, two story townhome with front and back entrance. You will have a covered parking spot right out-front of the unit, two decks to enjoy with large sliders that let in tons of light. Common ground area all maintained/landscaped beautifully, pool and sauna access (summer season only). Upstairs is open concept: beams, high ceilings, master closet/bathroom (w/ brand new plank vinyl flooring) with lots of storage space. Furnished with a extremely comfortable queen bed w/Bamboo mattress and 2inch memory foam topper, premier linens, towels and pillows, two cubby/storage basket units, full length mirror, storage shelving and on level washer/dryer. The upper deck off of the master bedroom has outside furniture, "pup" grass and boho lights, it's fun to relax on day or night/entertain. (Dog bed, dishes and toys can be included if traveling with pet - please let me know) The carpet runs through the master bedroom area and down the stairs, this is one year old, super soft and constantly cleaned for pet stains/wear and tear, my pup often loves to do back flips on it (carpet cleaning will be included with each stay). Downstairs is open concept living with the large sliding doors leading out to a lower level deck. Lower deck has two unique Adirondack style chairs, one made with ski's of larger size and a small one plus patio table. Deck has gate to ensure animals don't leave area and steps down to the shared common ground. Feel free to use pet "line" for your pet in the grass to allow them to roam, always pick up after fury friends. :) Back inside is a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steal appliance, oven and microwave are convention, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Kitchen comes with single serving coffee maker, NutriBullet, tea kettle, fully stocked dishes and utensils/pots & pans + extras. Dining and living area are "L" shaped and flow into each other. There is a beautiful wood burning fire place (please ask if you want to use) heat/ac/air purifier ductless unit. The livingroom has L shaped couch, two side tables and a 42" TV with Google Chromecast (no cable) wifi is included. Dining room has tall table with 4 high-top chairs, made of solid wood/ eat breakfast dazing out to the landscape or enjoy coffee on the deck. In addition there is a "work area" on the far wall of the dining room area, this has an automatic standing desk with 32 inch, curved monitor to hook into and be productive. Entire home has been taken care of to be "green and clean" I only use all natural soap, dish soap, detergents, cleaning products - please keep it this way.
