Our Hip Nautic beach house on Alligator Point is located on a private beach where you can escape the crowds, enjoy a white sand beach, incredible wildlife of dolphins, sea turtles, bald eagles, deer, and much more. Relax to a simpler life that hasn't given way to high-rises and commercialism. Great local restaurants are 15 minutes from your doorstep. Tallahassee airport is a 50 minute drive. Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath beach house sleeps 10 and has incredible views. The space The whole house Guest access Access to the house, outdoor room, laundry room and the underneath storage area. There are 3 owners closets that are off limits and the outdoor storage shed is also private. Other things to note Check in is at 4pm Checkout is at 10am Note: Because of cleaning staff schedule, these times are firm. *We have always had extremely high standards for our cleaning crew in providing guests with a beautiful and safe property to enjoy! During this time of COVID-19, we want to assure our guests that our cleaning team is doing a superior job of keeping the house disinfected and cleaned to the highest standards possible before every guest arrival. *Addendum to cancellation policy As an addendum to the strict nonrefundable cancellation policy with Airbnb, we will give a 90% refund for any cancellations that are given a minimum 4 months prior to the original booking date of arrival. Additionally, for any cancellations given less than 4 months from the original booking date arrival, we will give a 90% refund IF we are able to rebook to replace the total original booking dates. 10% we will keep for the effort to rebook. However, as stated in the cancellation policy, if the cancellation is made with less than the 7 days from the arrival date, 50% of the original booking fees are kept.
