Single story home, located a few blocks from interstate 80/downtown Reno on the Truckee River. Lovable cozy house, excellent location with a large deck overlooking the river. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The space Rented during with winter months while snow bird owners are out of town, house is lived in and well stocked. Guest access Entire house/backyard available. Tenants occupy the side yard with a separate entrance. Other things to note Hot tub is unavailable currently due to Airbnb rules. Fire place is gas log only.
