Design and spacious apartment ideally located in a popular area of Quebec City just steps away from the historic downtown area. The apartment is equipped to accommodate 2 people (one queen-size). Wifi, TV, Nespresso machine, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and air conditioning are included. Linens and towels will also be provided. For more information, kindly read the detailed description below. :) The space The rental price includes sales (GST, QST) and lodging taxes. These taxes are added in the Occupancy taxes and fees section. Features enjoyed by my guests : - This high-end apartment is comfortable and decorated with great care. - The apartment is ideally located in a sought-after area. - Fully equipped with linens and towels for stays under 20 days. Other features to consider: - Note that heating is available from +-October to +-May and air conditioning is available from +-June to +-September. - Note that we include 2 coffee capsules per person/stay to allow our customers to start their stay hassle-free. - No bicycles are allowed in the rental units. Please contact the owner to find the appropriate place to store your bike or any other. - No parking included but several possibilities in the surroundings. - It will be a self check-in, the check-in starts at 4 pm and check-out is no later than 11 am on the day of departure. Additional fees for late check-out. Housing : - You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its volumes, its decor, and its location. - The apartment can accommodate 2 people and is located on the 2nd floor only accessible by the stairs. To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal : - A spacious and welcoming living room with an armchair, a sofa, a television, and a coffee table. - A fully equipped designer kitchen: dining area with dining table for 4 people, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kitchen utensils. - A comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed. - A modern bathroom: shower cubicle, toilet, sink and washer/dryer. Guest access When you rent an apartment, the entire space is reserved for your exclusive use. Check-in instructions will be sent to you before noon on the day of your arrival.
