The sofa bed has a comfortable gel mattress that is actually enjoyable to sleep on. A warm comfortable homey space which is close to many of Tulsa's best draws. A convenient location to get around to get around Tulsa. You are about a mile from Expo Square, TU, and about a 6 minute drive from downtown. Home has a security system . WIFI here is AT&T fiber optic. This home is located about 1 mile up Yale Ave from the Expo Center. Guest access The entire one story home which includes a front and back yard. Back yard is fenced. Your parking space is space A which is right by the front door. You do not need to park at the curb unless you choose to or have more than one vehicle. Other things to note There are two very small garage apartments that are in a separate building behind the house. Usually only one person resides in each unit.This building is located yards behind the main house and is separated by the driveway, fence, and yard. There is a small fee of $25 per dog for the cleaning person. This is per reservation not per night. A scoop and rake provided for droppings to be picked up in the yard. Also there is a child's gate provided so your pet can be contained in the back entry area if you are gone from the house. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Bedding for sofa bed is located in the cedar chest in the backdoor area.
