Great space to enjoy the attractions surrounding you in Franklin, NC. We are close to bicycle/hiking trails, town, eateries and fun things to do. Nice neighborhood, with plenty of space and views. Unit has a laundry room with washer and dryer; a large walk in closet off bedroom; the kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, toaster and 10 cup coffee maker in kitchen and separate bonus room with office space. Great WiFi and Roku TVs with Netflix signed in for guest. Private drive to unit with turn out provided for easy navigating. The unit is private with no shared space and is all one level. It is set up for longer term stays with laundry room, office space, double sink vanity in bathroom, the kitchen is galley style with stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. The TVs are located in living area and bedroom with Netflix available for guests or stream on Roku. The WiFi is exclusive to the unit and is high speed with very good reception. The grill is propane and on porch only for guest. In addition to basic kitchen dishes and cookwares, there is also a crock pot, toaster, microwave, 10 cup pour over coffee maker, blender, mixer and grill set. We are available if there is a problem onsite that needs addressing, otherwise there is very limited to no physical interaction. Paved drive into neighborhood with slight speed bumps, the individual driveways are numerical with signage. The Apartment is located in a residential area with space and greenery between homes. Great long range views from porch. We are 6/10 of a mile from Hwy 441. The Ingles, WalMart and Food Lion groceries are within a 5 mile commute from location heading south. We have an expansive greenway that takes you by the Little Tennessee River. The greenway is a great place to walk or ride a bicycle (no motorized vehicles allowed). The unit is heated and cooled by a central unit located in living area with remote controlled operation. We dump ice trays and left over ice in container after each stay, wash, dry and start fresh ice for next guest.
