Other amenities include A/C, flat screen TV with Xfinity X1 & Wifi, picnic table w/ umbrella, porch seating, shared outside enclosed shower & charcoal grill. The space Big family or lots of friends?! This cottage is one of 3 available on the property - coordinate booking when all 3 are available to enjoy a group vacation with space for alone time as well! Search: hamptonislandwest and hamptonislandfront. Given this cottage is attached to another, respecting the quiet times on this low key street is imperative. Guest access Parking for the East/Right rear unit is to the right of the front house on the far side next to the wooden fence. Please park back to front and allow room for the West/Left rear unit to park back to front on your left side (the house side). See the image included. Other things to note Each issue mentioned in a review for this listing has been addressed. I cannot change the size of the cottage but we appreciate the opportunities to improve! There is a beach wheelchair available if needed. Please inform me after booking if you'd like to reserve it. Bed spreads and pillows are provided. Bring sheets, pillow cases, towels. This is a seasonal cottage WITHOUT a heat option. The entire yard is sand so there WILL be sand in the BEACH cottage. Our cleaner is retired military and does her best. If you are looking for a sand free beach cottage, lower your expectations and stay somewhere else.
