Golf Cart- Lake Erie Water Front Beach House

This home features a panoramic view of Lake Erie. You are minutes away from fishing charters, restaurants, activities & 45 min to Cedar Point, 15 min drive to ferry for Put-inBay. 2 private bed rooms, 1 up & 1 down, loft area with 3 queen beds & fun LED lighting! Plus a bunk room/entry way with 2 twin beds & TV. Home comes with everything that you will need to make your vacation a pleasant get-a-way. Kayaks, lawn chairs, coolers, bikes, and corn hole. We have many board games, dice & cards. The space We have a spectacular view of Lake Erie (the house almost sits on top of the water). There is a Keurig coffee maker where you can make a pot or just a cup of coffee. We supply the coffee grounds and filters as well as the k-cups, plus cream and sugar and even some coffee syrup. Have a cup (or two) of coffee on the deck and watch the sun come up! You deserve a cup of coffee on the deck with an amazing sunrise. A Boat slip is near by to dock your boat( this must be rented near by at Green Cove) Limited parking to 4 vehicles. On a chilly night, you can curl up in front of the gas fire with a good book or watch some TV, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney, and Discovery plus are provided or hand out on the beach with a bonfire. The dining table seats 6, we have 2 bar stools in the kitchen and we also provide a folding table and chairs in the basement. We have 3 full baths. The baths on the main level r tile showers. The bathroom upstairs we lovingly refer to as a "Showaaath" it is a combo of a shower and a bath. Our walls are slanted so we have a sit down shower...hence the name showaaath. There ample outside seating with plenty of tables and chairs on the deck as well as the beach area. (seasonal) Our deck is fully supplied with a propane grill and a charcoal grill if you prefer it...and plenty of seating. We also offer an outside fireplace on the deck. And a fire ring on the beach to make smores! If its raining, go play...we have umbrellas for your use. The loft has fun LED lighting!! The kids totally enjoy this, you can even set it for music, the remote is on the upstairs banister. Guest access You have access to the full house during your stay. Please feel free to use the beach toys, lawn chairs any thing in the house. They are there for your enjoyment. Other things to note 4 parking spaces available. Requires stairs for entry. One KING bed on main level.
