This contemporary cottage home on 14 acres of wildlife designated land. Fenced in yard and mowed walking trails throughout. From the back porch you have a view of the pond and wildlife who visit. In the main house there are 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds, One bathroom with bathtub and shower. 1 additional bedroom suite behind garage with queen bed, shower, sink and toilet. Night time brings the stars that can’t be seen in the city. Bring your telescope if you like. Bring your boat, there are two nearby boat ramps for Lake Ray Roberts. Want a beach day? For $7 you can enter the state park 2 miles down the road and enjoy a sandy beach. During Covid the State Park is requiring a day ahead reservation to enter the park. Fifteen minutes away is quaint Valley View square with Restaurants, wine tasting, shopping, and whiskey distillery. Or, head north on I35 for 30 minutes into Oklahoma and visit the Winstar casino. Guest access You have access to the 2 bedroom, 1 bath, cottage home plus an additional room with full bath on back of 2 car garage. 14 acres of land with walking trails. Other things to note Currently we are letting our guest know of 2 additional items. Any fishing in the pond on the property is catch and release. Second, we have struggles with Burweed stickers in the front yard. The burrs are getting carried into the house on the people and pets that come to visit. The yard is getting pretty burr free but if you find one on you or your pet please, please throw it away in a trash can and not out in the grass.
