The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove / oven, coffee pot, microwave, cookware (pots / pans), dinner ware, and many other kitchen supplies. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided. There is free high speed wi-fi. Netflix is available for viewing on the 40” flat screen TV. Weekly / monthly discounts. Approximately 480 Sq. Ft. If needed, an air mattress and Pack-N-Play crib can be provided. Please notify us in advance if an air mattress or crib is needed. We live 5 minutes from this property and are available to assist our guests upon request. The property is situated less than 1,000 feet from the West Plains Civic Center and home floor of the Missouri State University Grizzly’s athletic programs. The Civic Center hosts numerous events throughout the year including the “Taste of the Ozarks”, brew festivals, indoor and outdoor concerts, and much more. In 2020 and 2022 the National Jr College Athletic Association Division 1 national volleyball tournament will be held in the Civic Center on the Grizzly’s home court. Roughly ¼ mile away is the Historic Downtown West Plains City Center where you can find coffee shops, food, community theater, antiques and much more. Approximately ½ mile away is the MSU campus, outdoor amphitheater, and local museum. The city of West Plains is in the Ozarks and that means we are surrounded by numerous spring fed rivers and lakes. North Fork, Bryant Creek, Eleven Point, and Jacks Fork are just a few of the nearby rivers that are great for both floating and fishing. Mammoth Spring, Greer Spring, Alley Spring, and Rainbow Spring are just a few of the nearby springs that feed the local rivers. If you are coming to town for concerts, festivals, college athletics, floating, fishing or if you are just looking to get out of the big city and enjoy the small-town vibe then this is the place for you.
