Our pricing is affordable, but rest assured, our rooms maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.. 1. **Intimate Setting**: ❌ This space is perfect for up to 2 guests max.Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests or social gatherings. 2. **Safety First** ❌ TO PROTECT YOURSELF AND OTHER GUEST THERE WILL ALSO BE SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS ON THE PROPERTY. You can rest peacefully knowing you’re resting safe with surveillance around you. For your safety and peace of mind, our property is equipped with surveillance cameras in common areas such as the front porch, patio, and backyard. There are no cameras inside your private space (rooms or bathrooms), ensuring your privacy is respected. Guest access ❌House Rules: ❌Restricted Areas Please adhere to the following guidelines: **Restricted Indoor Areas:** Access is limited to your room and bathroom only. ✨The kitchen and other areas of the home are OFF LIMITS! Areas you can access inside the home are your room and bathroom ONLY. Please do not go into any other areas. When you access other areas of the home that’s not allowed, your reservation will get canceled, and no refund will be issued. **Outdoor Access:** ✨Outside areas. You are welcome to use the covered patio. **Important:** If these rules are violated, your reservation will be canceled without a refund. Other things to note Important Information for Your Stay **Mail and Packages:** ✨ Absolutely no mail or packages of any kind (including Amazon, UPS, FedEx, postal, etc.) can be delivered to the BnB. All items will be returned to sender. **Parking:** ✨ Park anywhere in front of the house, but not in the driveway or on the grass. ✨ Please do not block the mailbox, as the mail carrier needs access. **Damaging Property:** ✨ There will be a charge for any items that are damaged or misplaced. ✨ It is my responsibility to provide you with slightly used basic needs for your stay. It is your responsibility to keep them in the same condition. ✨ After each guest check-out, the room is thoroughly inspected and reset for the next guest. ✨ If you have any questions, issues, or concerns, please reach out ASAP. **Fire Hazards:** ✨ No candles or incense are allowed in the room as they are fire hazards. **Spills and Stains:** ✨ If you eat or drink and accidentally spill something on the linens, carpets, or furniture, there will be a fee for the damages. ✨ If there are makeup or other stains on the bedsheets, pillowcases, towels, or comforter, a replacement fee will be charged. I provide disposable makeup wipes and black makeup towels to prevent makeup stains on the linens. ✨ If you take, damage or stain the towels, you will be charged for replacement costs. ✨ Please treat and be respectful of my home and property as if it's yours. I have no problem filing a valid claim. **Lost Key:** ✨ If you misplace the room key, there will be a $25.00 replacement charge. **Liability:** ❌ We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises. ❌ We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. ❌ We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. **Guest Check-In:** ✨ Guests must notify the host of any deficiencies within 1 hour of check-in. The host shall be given the opportunity to rectify them. ✨ If no resolution is possible, guests may cancel for a full refund within 1 hour of arrival. ✨ Remaining in the property constitutes approval, and all refund requests after check-out will be denied.
