This is a great place to stay for family or couples. If you are thinking of having a party this won't be the right listing for you. Strict no party/ no pets and any evidence of pets or gatherings over reserved guests will be evicted without refund. We realize last minute overnight guests may want to stay for a variety of reasons. If this situation arises please contact me and amend your reservation for the correct number of guests by 8pm. Breaking this rule will lead to immediate removal of all guests without refund and a charge of $50.00 per night per guest over the number of guests booked on your reservation. We have had issues with this in the past and puts hosts/guests in difficult spot. We appreciate your honesty when updating us with a change of guests. Please respect our neighbors by not being loud outside the studio after 10pm. Check in time is between 4pm-10pm. Check out 10am. Cleaning starts promptly. Please message me when everyone has departed. $45 unauthorized late check out fee for each half hour any guest in your group occupies the studio past the check out. We have a strict no smoking /no pet policy inside the loft and cigarette monitors are installed in the studio and host will be remotely notified when smoke is present. $150 /per day/pet penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke or pet hair is found in studio is noticed after guest checks out. There is a separate 2 bedroom 1400 sq foot loft with private entrance on upper level of garage that may be rented out. Guests have private entrance on both lower and upper level. Live video recording of exterior of property entrance and driveway for everyone's safety. It is also always good to remember that we are in the country, with some humidity, so it is important to remember that at some times of the year mosquitoes, lake bugs, spiders, and forest animals appear here, it is always good to bring repellents.
