There is another Tiny House in the fenced tropical backyard with stove. We included starter paper products which means ONE ROLL This is a self catering holiday rental with no maid service. All linens and towels provided There is no full kitchen The washer and dryer and sink is outside along the building not inside Once you check in if you want anymore cleaning or towels CALL THE MANAGER FOR FASTEST SERVICE Guest access You are renting a private studio with one wall attached to the main house. The property manager lives in the main house and you are welcome to meet with him or have complete privacy. Dominich is a caretaker for our Beach Cottages . Also a wealth of knowledge on the best places to ride bikes, bars, and beaches. He has a very small friendly pet dog which does not access the gated area. Other things to note You have complete private entrance to your gated property and pets can run around the property when no other person is home otherwise MUST BE LEASHED. If you have an aggressive animal it must be leashed and may not run around the fenced property. You are required to let us know what type of animal you have when booking.
