The space As much as we love pets, this beautiful historic home has a strict no pet policy. We only accept up to 4 registered adult guests. Gather around the 90 year old epic fireplace while sipping on wine and reconnecting. The deck is a focal point allowing you to relax, dine outside or swing on the chair with your loved ones. Stroll throughout the property's acreage and capture the beauty of birds, deer and plantlife. Walk across the street to find your own private beach access to read, unwind, picnic, sunbathe and swim. We have a full kitchen and propane barbecue for you to prepare meals and gather after a full day of fun. -Launch your boat at the Hood Canal Marina located only 1 mile away (fishing, shrimping, or just fun on your boat visiting Hoodsport, Tahuya, the Resort and more!). We have space to park your trailer. Guest access Living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms upstairs (third upstairs room is not available), bathroom upstairs and downstairs, laundry room, full yard (back and front), meadow area plus beach access across the street. A wing of this house is not included and is marked by signs. No one is in this space when booked by guests; so rest assured you have the home to yourselves. Lodge is apart of a larger compound - with NO shared spaces with studio guests. To your left, beyond a mature and large hedge is Woodside and across the street is their associated beach. Across the road and beyond another mature and large hedge there is a large dock and associated studio - Dockside. Please be mindful to utilize your respective beach directly across from Lodge’s driveway. Each space has been thoughtfully appointed and associated spaces to offer each guest privacy during their stay. Housekeeping may need to access the larger garbage and recycle stored at sport court and the laundry space behind Woodside. If there were an ongoing stay at Woodside they would walk up the Lodge’s driveway to access this (so not to walk directly in front of the studios doorway). On the rare occurrence this would take place it would ONLY be during checkout/in hours of 11:00am/3:00pm.
