Bi-weekly / monthly housekeeping available. 7 blocks = top grocery store; 2 blocks = sweet park. Minimalist, cheery home for low-key, respectful guest. No pets or smoking allowed. The space Transitioning or traveling to Seattle for 6 months or more? Perfect for traveling nurses - half mile to Swedish - or relocations. Or someone looking for a nice change of work-from-home scenery. My place is unique because it’s a top-floor unit, nestled amongst trees, which is rare in a city neighborhood locale. And the walks in the hood are amazing, so many route options and houses to look at. Very safe. Not to mention a park 2 blocks away. The light is plenty in the unit and there are a lot of windows, compared to other Seattle condos and apartments. I’ve made a lot of upgrades in recent years (examples include California Closets, luxurious dark grey carpet, Bosch washer / dryer, Miele dishwasher, new bathroom paint in last year, etc). You’ll die over the local coffee shop, Mainstay. I love the little micro hoods and pockets to explore (like 70th 7 blocks north and many more). Ask me about the best ice cream in town.
