Bison Flat at The Rosedale is an ultra-plush, recently renovated, 1930s- style preserved apartment; located in the metro area, updated with modern amenities: rain-shower head, tankless water system, Netflix/Hulu/Prime, Washer/Dryer, Tempur-pedic mattresses, Wifi, Walnut floors, reclaimed brick/white oak heavy timber bar, heated/backlit mirrors in the bathrooms, dimmable designer/recessed lighting, gated common area with lighting, and a Keurig for coffee. The space This newly renovated unit is on the second floor of a three-story building. You'll access the property from the front entrance and go up one flight of stairs. You'll walk into the unit's open living/dining area. A full bathroom is just off the dining room, as well as a hallway leading to the kitchen, bedrooms and second bath. The back door off the kitchen takes to you a second stairwell leading into the shared/fenced backyard and patio area with grill and fire pit. Guest access Unit #6 and gated common area with grill, patio, fire pit, dog-run. Other things to note Walking downtown or to the BOK center is not too bad, would recommend a scooter. This is an area popular with events, so getting around during one of those times can be tricky, but never impossible. Please be respectful of the property :) Since this is an apartment building, guests may hear others in the hallway or in a nearby unit. For extra safety precaution exterior security cameras are in use. We also hold strict quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Pets are welcome, but need to be approved and added to guest count! Pets are not allowed on furniture and should be crated if left alone in the unit. Excessive cleaning costs due to pet hair may be charged back to the guest.
