The mini-split air conditioner is very quiet, plus a big ceramic heater for cooler evenings. Includes a fully-stocked kitchen with frig, oven with 4-burner stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and everything you need for cooking at home. Kitchen island with bar stools. Fast internet, and two TVs with ROKU and free Netflix. One bathroom with shower (no tub). Two comfy La-Z-Boy recliners. Amazing deck, with propane grill and outdoor furniture right outside the door (cushions in the closet). The house is set up for two guests, but you are welcome to throw an air mattress on the floor for the kids. Pet-friendly.
