Welcome to Historic Kenwood in St. Petersburg, Florida. This apartment has recently been updated and no detail was left unnoticed. Located close to Central Avenue's shops and restaurants our studio is a respite after a fun day at St. Pete Beach or shopping downtown. Drop you suitcase and jump on a trolley to reach downtown in minutes. Enjoy an evening at the world renowned Dali Museum and cocktails at the Birchwood's upper balcony overlooking the marina and brand new St. Pete Pier. The space This is a 350 Sq Ft Studio Apt with a full separate kitchen. There is a shared screened in balcony that has a small dining table and patio furniture. We do not have laundry or parking onsite. The closet is on the small side but does have an area to hang clothing. There is a two sit adjustable bar table that can be used as a workspace. It's perfect for a solo guest staying an extended time. Other things to note Our friend lives in the unit downstairs, so please no partying. Observe quiet hours from 10pm - 8am.
