Venice Beach Studio

Newly built studio with private yard. Quiet and private. Easy walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and cafes on Rose and Abbot Kinney. Please note, the entrance is off the alley in the back of the main house. Please refer to the check-in instructions on how to get there. The space Studio with kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, private yard. Guest access During your stay you will have the place and yard for yourself with the exception that on Tuesdays, the gardener is coming around midday for about an hour. Other things to note No parties, no smoking and unfortunately also no pets or service animals as there are other dogs on the premises. Please also no candles or incense on the property.
