Private lakefront access with boat launch two blocks away. Free WiFi, TV with ROKU to stream your favorite shows! New stainless appliances and custom made beds build to last! Lake Superior, Waterfalls, and several ski resorts are only about 25 minutes north! The space Montes Place undergoes extreme cleaning and disinfecting practices following Wisconsin's Health Department regulations after each guest, so you will enjoy a fresh clean stay you feel good about! Laundry room is located in the basement. There is an additional queen size bed in the unfinished basement for any additional guests! Pontoon boat is not included in the house rental. Please remain off of boat during your stay. Do not tamper with any ropes used to secure boat in place. The right side of the dock is available for use of boat brought by the guest. Full walk out basement located a stone's throw to the lake! Guest access Keyless, no-contact entry. You will receive your personal door code 2 days before check in to use during your stay. Parking can easily accommodate several vehicles and snowmobile/atv trailers. Other things to note The pontoon boat shown in pictures is the home owners private property. It is not included in the rental. Please refrain from touching, moving or adjusting any ropes or buoy securing boat to dock. The right side of the dock is for the use of the guest and the boat they bring with them. Life jackets of assorted sizes are found in the basement. Guests are free to use the following water amenities, while understanding any and all injuries obtained through use is the responsibility of the renter, not the home owners or their insurance policy. Use at your own risk, and return as it was found. Inspection of each water activity will be completed after check out.
