The Belevdere Lodge of Evesham Park is not as pretentious as it sounds. As you walk in, the first floor is filled with cheery colors to greet your party. The living room is comfortable and cozy. The dinning room is great for family dinners or having a meal on the road that's not in a restaurant. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils to use to cook a great homemade meal. The space Our place has 3 bedrooms for your comfort; each can sleep 2. The first two bedrooms have queen sized beds with dressers. Closets to hang your fancy clothes are there for your access. The third bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle. So it's great for kids, or that third wheel in your party. The finished basement has a "L" shaped couch with an extra TV. The extra bathroom is also downstairs. So multiple people in the family can shower at the same time. Also, the family can watch two different TV programs at once with multiple TVs in the house. There is a desk, board games and even a wooden train set in the basement. Perfect for kids 2-7 years old. On top of that, larger parties can use the pull out queen sized bed in the basement. The back yard has a great patio area for relaxing and hanging out. Cafe lights are perfect for setting the mood and enjoying a cool summer night or a clear winter evening. As the home is part of a duplex, and our neighbor doesn't have a shed, so there are some yard tools laying around the back yard. (just so you are aware) :) Just foot steps away from Belvedere Square Market and the Senator Movie Theater. A comfortable house (duplex, semi detached) with plenty of space for family and friends to hang out. There are over 20 restaurants within 1/4 mile of the house! Stores, grocery stores, bars, and live music is all close by. Every Friday during the summer there is live music at the market; pull out the lawn chairs, and listen from the front yard. All within 50 yards of the front door. Guest access Guests will have access to anything in the house except for one closet in the basement. Wifi, sheets and towels are provided.
