The upper deck has (400sq ft ) off both bedrooms which offers spectacular views of the Great Peconic Bay and Flanders Bay. Property location offers the best of both worlds. 15 minutes to the village of Southampton or Westhampton, the world famous Hampton Beaches and 15 minutes to the wineries and farm stands of the North Fork. Offers a truly unique LOCATION. Explore the bays and estuaries with our 3 person ocean kayak. Renters and their guests are solely responsible for using the kayak at their own risk. Enjoy swimming, picnics and fun in the sun at your own private beach right out the door. Stunning sunrises and sunsets. The swimming at the cottage is spectacular for the young ones because of the gentle bay. Take a tour at a vineyard, stop for lunch at a local farm stand with activities for the kids, get sensational baked goodies like the infamous Boysenberry pie at Briermere Farms, then head over to Southampton's Cooper Ocean Beach rated the # 1 beach in America, stroll through the beautiful village of Southampton or just enjoy your own private bay beach right out your door then head for dinner at one of the local fresh-caught seafood restaurants all in a day. (This location) offers that rare opportunity. Also, if you are a shopper, the Tanger Outlet Mall is 15 minutes away. We have two bedrooms, which both have spectacular views of the bay with sliding doors that go on to the upper deck. We also have a Queen size blow up bed for more guests that can be used in the living room. We have a large beautiful walk in shower with an antique shower head & faucets that also has an antique hand held shower extension and also we have a wonderful barn siding Hot outdoor shower. The Large Umbrella and Steamer Lounge Chairs on the upper deck combined with vistas across the Great Peconic Bay all the way to Robbins Island while the birds and sailboats are going by with food and drinks in hand make it a hard place to leave. Guest access Private bay beach, kayak, BBQ, access to the famous Hamptons ocean beaches. Kayak is used at the renters and guests own risk. Other things to note Very private and peaceful!
