One of Wyndham's newest resorts, the Club Wyndham Austin is the perfect setting for this travel experience in a luxurious and fully functional 2 Bedroom Presidential Suite. At 1,500 square feet, the unit sleeps up to 6 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa along with a full kitchen, balcony and a washer/dryer. The space Perfect for weekend getaways, family vacations, business trips and reunions! RESORT AMENITIES: Rooftop Swimming Pool Sunbathing Area BBQ Area - Open until 10 p.m. Rooftop Seating Area - Open until 10 p.m. Fire Pit Fitness Center (Limit of 5 person) Activities Center Owners Lounge with Game Room UNIT AMENITIES: Full kitchen with all appliances and dishware Washer/Dryer 3 TV's BOSE Sound System Sonify Movie System - All units have balconies * Parking is $35/day with full in/out privileges. Vehicles must clear 7'. ** The resort's front desk assigns units to guests just a day or two prior to arrival so all photos are representative of all 2B Presidential units, but not the exact unit you will likely receive. This is a vacation resort. ** We can book multiple units for your large gathering. We can also book multiple units if your party prefers more privacy. If your dates are not available on our calendar, please message us and we may be able to direct you to another one of our listings, or secure your unit and dates and open space on a calendar. We also have Studio, 1 Bedroom Deluxe and 2 Bedroom Deluxe units for most dates, so please let us know and we can still work to provide you with whatever accommodations you require! This resort offers Braille signage (i.e. elevators, room numbers), handicap parking and first floor access ramps. This resort may offer suites with these special needs features: Some suites include wider than typical interior doorways, lever handles on all doors, counter-height microwave, front control stove or range, roll-in shower, handheld shower head, grab bars in shower, grab bars in tub, grab bars around toilet, front door wide-angle wheelchair height peephole, first floor handicap accessible access and Braille signage for room numbers. Some suites include visual doorbells, visual fire alarm and closed captioned TV. Please let us know if you require any suites with special accommodations. Guest access Guests can access all amenities. Wyndham reserves the right to limit or restrict access to amenities prior or during a stay. Other things to note Primary renter must be at least 21. The resort requires a security deposit of $250 on a credit card upon check-in, which is released upon check-out.   The name on the reservation must match the ID of the person checking in. It is the guest's responsibility to provide us with the name of the person who will be checking in, at the time of booking. There is a $99 fee if you need to change the name on the reservation. Even if another member of your party arrives first, they will not be able to check in before the person named on the reservation. If you do not provide us with the name you would like on the reservation, we will use the name and address that the reservation was booked under as the default. If another member of your party will be arriving before you, include their name in your message at the time of booking and will add their name instead of yours.  Guests may not have more than one reservation booked in their name for the same dates. If you have booked another unit for the same dates with another company, you must make sure that the name on each reservation is different, or you will be in jeopardy of Wyndham canceling one of your reservations without notice. If you would like to book multiple units, please provide other names to put on the other reservations.  A credit card that you provide at check-in is used as a security deposit. Rooms are inspected after Housekeeping cleans. Damage or missing items will be charged to your credit card on file.  Wyndham has maximum occupancy set for each room type. If these rules are not followed by guests, Wyndham may cancel the reservation.  Pets are not permitted. A service animal trained to perform special tasks is permitted.  Resort Stay LLC is not responsible for severe weather or power outages. Guests can purchase travel insurance prior to their trip to protect themselves against unforeseen cancellation. Reservations are transferable for $99. Confirmation emails are provided by 14 days in advance. ENHANCED CLEANING: Wyndham Resorts have implemented enhanced cleaning protocols and disinfecting measures, including the use of hospital-grade, virus-killing products approved by the CDC and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.  Other enhanced measures include: Multiple cleaning stations with hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. Furniture spacing to encourage hanging out at a safe distance in common areas. Frequent cleaning and disinfection of public spaces and high-touch items. Protective masks per local and regional requirements Check-in calls – we’ll give you a ring to make your arrival easier and breezier. Text notifications when your suite is ready. Vacation Ready is an enhanced set of cleaning methods and standards to minimize risk and maximize safety. These best practices were created in partnership with Ecolab to ensure the proper hygiene and infection-prevention processes are in place for your return. On Property  • The latest cleaning technology from Ecolab ensures common areas are completely sanitized • Resort staff are required to wear masks and use personal-protective equipment for their safety — and yours. • Multiple cleaning stations mean easy access to hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. • Furniture spacing encourages hanging out at a safe distance in common areas. • High-touch surfaces across public areas — from telephones and touchscreens to handles and hand railings — are frequently cleaned and disinfected with EPA-approved, virus-killing products. • Resort staff have been trained by industry-leading cleaning experts from Ecolab on proper disinfection procedures. At Check-In • You will receive a check-in call to help make your arrival easier and breezier. • Text notifications let you know when your suite is ready. • Suite keys are thoroughly sanitized and disinfected before issue. • You can call to coordinate suite-key delivery and minimize contact. In Suites • Housekeepers wear protective gear throughout the cleaning process. • All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected — with special attention given to high-touch items such as door handles, light switches, thermostats, telephones, remote controls, alarm clocks, drapery pulls, furniture knobs, appliances, faucet handles, and toilet and shower handles.
