Private patio with firepit. Lots of wildlife including insects. The space Pets are allowed as long as you let us know in advance. Pet fees will apply. Small fenced yard keeps your pet safe and outdoor patio private. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer is shared with the upstairs unit. No stairs (other than one step up to the toilet and one to the tub). There is a ramp from the parking area and the private entrance is at ground level. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Very cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. Extra heater and fans are available. Guest access You'll have a private entrance with a small private yard that includes a patio table and chairs and a firepit. There are several off street parking spaces and a wheelchair accessible ramp. Your unit is completely self-contained, apart from the laundry room. You'll also have access to a very large yard for viewing lots of wildlife. Other things to note There may be guests in the unit above (main floor). Possible to hear footsteps from up above.
