Built upon the original Doe Bay Boat House foundation, this outstanding structure offers one of the most unsurpassed vantage points of the Salish Sea. The Boathouse is perfect for entertaining or catered events while situated amongst the backdrop of wall to wall windows and sliding doors that open to a full-length deck. The Boathouse is located within Orcas Island's Doe Bay Resort & Retreat. The space The unassuming entryway opens to a grand, open-floor common room, with kitchen, dining, and seating. Perfect for entertaining or catered events, the kitchen is equipped with commercial-quality appliances and a large central island complete with soft bar-stool seating for 6. Table-seated dining available for 6-8, graced by the atmosphere and warmth of a propane fireplace. Boat House can sleep up to 6 adults and 2 kids! Two small futons are situated in the common area of the main floor. Upon entering the downstairs level, the stairway opens to a pass through sitting room with a foldout queen-size couch. Two bedrooms can be found in the lower level, each with a king bed. A private bath is attached to one of the two bedrooms. One additional full bath is situated downstairs and a half bath on the upper level. Boathouse is a Pet-Free space! Guest access The entire Boathouse is available for use by the guests during the length of stay.
