My home is located in a premier neighborhood supported by HOA sponsored security patrolling the subdivisions for added safety and security. It’s near a major freeway for easy access to getting across town, to the Bay Area, Sacramento, and less than 20 minutes away from all major hospitals in the area (St. Joseph’s, Dameron, Lodi Memorial, & County Hospital). Near multiple stores, shops, and restaurants. Nice safe running trail along the water and community access to pool and tennis courts. The home is quiet so guests can get sleep whether sleeping during the day as a night shift worker or at night for the day shift worker. Owner rarely home during the day and infrequently uses common areas. Perfect place/space for travelers, nurses, residents and/or students. Guest have access to all general areas of the house (kitchen, laundry room, dining room, living room, family room, and backyard) I want guest to feel like they are at a home away from home and all boundaries respected.
