This is an entire basement apartment located in a semi-detached home . It has a separate back entrance – there is a map attached directing you how to enter. There is a keyless entry. The laundry is on this floor but in a separate room. Your room has a front door and back door that exits into the other part of the basement. Both doors lock so your unit is secure The space Bright comfortable private room with lock on the door, en-suite bathroom. Television with amazon prime, Netflix ect. Back patio is relaxing weather permitting. Guest access Codes will be sent day before booking During your stay This is a self check in unit. I live upstairs. There is a photo of a map with directions on how to access the back entrance. I am available and happy to answer any questions you may have.
