Bright sunny room with one queen size bed, large closet, small refrigerator, Xfinity TV, Netflix, a full private bath. Kitchen and laundry access. Parking in my driveway. Guest access I share the kitchen with long term guests, longer than a week. No kitchen access after 8pm, and light cooking only, please. No big production meals. Laundry is accessible through my master suite, with permission. During your stay I live downstairs and my master suite is downstairs. This is my personal space, and I don’t expect guests to hang out downstairs. Please respect my privacy. The extra bedroom upstairs is off limits to guests. I am always accessible in person, by phone, text, email, or Airbnb messages.
