The space Furnished with, electric cook stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, gas wall furnaced for heat, 220 window air conditioner for cool and heat, washer and dryer in basement, NO SHOWER, just a clawfoot tub with a flexible handheld showerhead for rinsing. Small smart TV, FREE AT&TSatellite, 155 Channels, WI-FI, FREE NETFLIX. Guest access Access to the whole house. Other things to note If you need storage for your hunting gear, etc. I have a shop out in the back that will keep everything dry and secure, just ask an I will show you where you can store stuff! This home is approximately 75 years old, we have worked hard to make it appealing, but you must expect some minor deficiencies you could expect from a house of this age.
