Clean, Quiet Room in Condo just minutes from beach

Enjoy your own private bedroom with clean sheets, pillows, desk, TV, WIFI, in a clean, quiet, condo, in the New Port Richey area that is close to shopping, restaurants, and only minutes from the beach. There is also a community pool just a 2 minute walk away. Full use of kitchen & washer & dryer. I do have a service dog but she is very nice & will be with me at all times. Free designated parking spot too. The space Clean and well organized Guest access Front door access During your stay I'm very sociable and can help you out with any questions you might have. Other things to note Have a coffee pot and furnish the coffee and filters for all guests that are coffee drinkers. There's also a designated parking spot for Airbnb guests.
