It has a separate access from the main house. The space This is a newly constructed 2022 property it is a one bedroom and a bathroom , with a separate access. It has a Queen bed, ideal for two guests. Guest access You will have access to the side door where the entrance and keys will be to the property. There is parking on the street for you to park. During your stay We live in the front house, so if you have any questions or concerns, we are here to help. Also we reply back quickly. Other things to note You will need to throw all trash out of the place and into trash bins (brown and blue) outside of property before you check out, if not done additional charges will be added to your stay. Also we have security cameras on the property, so we can see how many guests are in the property, if more than 4, you will be asked to leave the property without any refund.
