King Creek East - located on main, close to park

Welcome to our Home. Our home is located on the quiet end of Main street. Enjoy the peace and quiet while still being close to the action. Just a short five-minute walk to downtown and roughly 10 minute walk to the famous hot pools. Our spacious home has more than enough room to gather with family and friends and enjoy Lava Hot Springs. Built in 2019, the home is clean and new, allowing you to comfortably enjoy your time in Lava. The space The property does has stairs into the property. There is a ramp on the side of the the home available for your use. The space is separated by a second identical unit. This unit will have guests as well. Each unit has private deck and patio space. The units are separated by a breezeway. You should not hear guests if they are inside the house. You may hear them if they are on the deck. We lived next door for over a year and never had any issues. Other things to note Parking - There are two parking spots on the property. We own the vacant lot next door you are welcome to park there or on the street. Please do not park in front of our neighbors red house.
