The Stone Cottage

The Stone Cottage is tucked in the Mt. Rogers National Recreation Area in the mountains of southwest Va. Located near Mt. Rogers, Whitetop Mt., Grayson Highlands State Park (home of the wild ponies,) The Virginia Creeper Trail, Beartree Lake & Recreation Area, the Appalachian Trail, etc. and all offer great hiking or biking. Bristol Motor Speedway is just an hour away. The space This quaint and unique cottage was once a stone church built in 1920. It has been meticulously updated and newly furnished to provide you with a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Free internet is available for the TVs and your cell phone calling. There is a phone in the house for your convenience. Please make sure you bring the directions, entry code, and our cell number with you as there is no cell service within 20 min. of the Cottage. There is a Jacuzzi tub, full service kitchen, coffee maker with carafe/k-cup capabilities & supplies, games, cards, linens, towels, plus other amenities to ensure your stay is a pleasant one.
